These terms apply to Compass IoT's listing on Microsoft Marketplace. They govern the listing itself and any enquiry you submit through it. Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This listing is an invitation to enquire. Our group headquarters is located at 622 Harris St, Ultimo NSW, Australia, and we contract through local entities in the markets we serve, including Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and North America.
The Compass IoT listing on Microsoft Marketplace is published on behalf of the Compass IoT group and is provided for information and enquiry purposes only. It does not create any contractual relationship between any Compass IoT entity and any person who views the listing or submits an enquiry through it. No licence, subscription, trial, or right of access to the Compass platform or to Compass data is granted by the listing itself.
Access to the Compass platform is provided solely under a written licence agreement or sub-licence agreement executed between the customer and the Compass IoT entity that contracts in the customer's jurisdiction. For customers in the United States this will ordinarily be Compass IoT Inc.; for customers in Australia and New Zealand, Compass IoT Pty Ltd. The executed agreement identifies the contracting entity and sets out the licence scope, fees and billing terms, service levels, support arrangements, data handling and confidentiality obligations applicable to that customer. Licence terms are agreed on a per-customer basis and are not standardised across customers. Where anything presented through Microsoft Marketplace differs from the executed agreement, the executed agreement prevails.
Enquiries submitted through the Microsoft Marketplace listing are transmitted to Compass IoT by Microsoft and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Enquiries may be shared within the Compass IoT group and routed to the entity that contracts in your jurisdiction, which may involve a transfer of your information between the countries in which we operate. Your use of Microsoft Marketplace is separately subject to Microsoft's own terms and privacy practices, which are not controlled by Compass IoT.
